how to claim warranty

Hi I bought a 4 relay in Dec 22 and a 8 relay in June 23.  Due to some family emergencies and also due to electrician being unavailable.....we opened both the relays today. The 8 one is working..but the 4 one is not working..how to claim warranty please and also are you going to repair or send a new one? Thx
