What's the average life span of these smart switches?

There are comments on Amazon that after working for 1.5 years, the switches remain on for 24/7 hours despite switching it off either physically or using app/alexa.  

Could you provide some clarity on this,

We have different series, not sure which series this question is target for. Any way Min life span for any series in more than 5 year and for some high end series has 8-10 years.
