No Power in 15A switch

Dear Smarteefi Support,

One of my 16A Switch (Which I was using for my dishwasher) seems to have gone bad as there is no power into it (No Light). My whole house is automated and I bought these in Oct 2019. Can I get a replacement for this 16A switch?
