I am trying to add device using the Serial Number & Activation Code and it showing error

I am trying to add device using the Serial Number & Activation Code but it showing your device is not ready to active and in other phone its showing unable to connect.;

It must be added in some other account. Please logout and use Forgot Email option to check registered email for the device
