Cannot add device from Mobile app, get message that OS is not supported use the Web login and change

When going to Weblogin I cannot add the device, the SSID is defaulting to my email address.

Please help

I bought this device long back and had tested it to be working and stopped using it for some time.

But now i am not able to configure the device.

ps1110000324 is the serial number

Model ps11/ Rev 1.0

But in the App the F/W Rev: 2.1.
Is this incompatible with the Phone app?

Please configure its wifi with browser based method as documented in user manual https://smarteefi.com/site/docs/UM_2.0.pdf
