Dear Smarteefi Team,
I would like to thank for building good quality products. I have never faced any issue in the connectivity or smart features of the products I have, until last night. I have 4 smarteefi device along with other smart devices. Two 6 module smart switches stopped working. When try pull MCB, it immediately broke down.
At this point, I need to know the warranty claim procedure as I purchased a Smarteefi devics in October and November month 2018.
My two bedrooms are currently in dark and having temporarily solution. Please let me know the replacement procedure as soon as possible.
