Dear Smarteefi Team,
Firstly, congratulations on building good quality products. I have never faced any issue in the connectivity or smart features of the products I have, the build quality, app and integration with Google Home, everything is quite good.
At this point, I need to know the warranty claim procedure as I purchased a Smarteefi 3 In 1 Smart Plug from Amazon on Oct 2nd 2018 and is in warranty period. The problem with it is when i am plugging it I can hear sparking and can smell burning wire.
I am a fan of your products and hope your after sale service to be as good as your products.
