Regarding sudden stoppage of connectivity [closed]

i followed all steps and used the device for a month on the old app.
But since few days i am not able to use the device. This has happened since the updated app interface. The lights on the device are stable green, i can see it connected to my router. while adding i get the error "Device not ready for activation". Also tried same from website. Still same error.

closed with the note: solved it by using correct account details to login.

i was using the wrong emailid to login. its solved..
