iPhone App Error - Serial Number cannot be registered

I have a panel which is successfully connected to the router. However everytime an attempt is made to add the device either through website of iPhone Smarteefi app error comes as -

Website - Device not ready for activation

App - Serial Number cannot be registered

 

Please note that no device has been added thus none can be deleted i.e. the device list is empty. Please suggest.

Dear Sir,

Can you please provide serial number of your device and your contact number. Instead of posting contact number on forum, we would suggest to mail it on support@smarteefi.com.

We will resolve your issue immediately.

Please note the serial number - ps1110000306. My contact number is 9418455027
As discussed over phone, device is added in your other account. Please use that account or remove device from that account first before registering in your new account.

Please note that one device can be attached to only one account, if you want to access device from multiple phone, you should use same login in all phones. Hope this clarifies.
