Device is not ready for connection

Hi,

I am trying to add device in the webpage as well as on app it showing that device is not ready for connection.

May please suggest the solution for the same.

Dear Sir,

Please provide the serial number of device or call on our support. This error indicates that device is already in use by some other user.
